Daily Calorie Monitor and Calculator for Weight Loss

Here is a very handy calorie counter and monitor for weight loss. Enter your information in the settings and the counter will determine how many calories you need to eat per day for weight loss. Then you can enter food as you eat it to keep track of daily calorie intake.

    A good food diary is the Food And Exercise Diary (WeightLossSoftware.Net). Might be of interest. It also has a medical diary.
