		<description>Diet and exercise do go hand in hand but just remember this. B/c the Atkins diet restricts carbs quite a bit, your energy levels are going to suffer big time. They may not initially b/c you have more fat reserves but the more weight you lose, the less fat you have, and the less energy you will have from those fat reserves.

However, and there is a big however, if your definition of working out is just brisk walking, you should be okay. But if you&#039;re talking about harder exercises such as strength training and running at a reasonable pace, then your energy levels will be depleted.</description>
