The Best Exercise and Workouts Right in Your Living Room!

I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. Sometimes I dread it and sometimes I love it. But even when I don’t want to workout I remind myself that I  lose weight twice as fast each week that I do, as opposed to when I don’t.

Exercise greatly increases metabolism and burns fat even when I sleep and I see the evidence on the scale and no matter which diet plan you maybe on, I personally am doing the Atkins Diet plan and have almost reached my goal weight :-) , exercise and movement is something that has been essential to optimal weight loss.

As I have previously posted, there are many ways to work out, aerobic, muscle training, running, yoga fitness and there are some easy exercises you can do that will not kill you. I personally love to just move to music right in my own living room. It is fun, free, private and really gets the heart rate pumping, which is what you want in order to burn fat.

I started my workouts at 15 minutes and with each workout I added more time and just moved until I couldn’t move anymore. I got in better and better shape with each workout and I can now do a full hour each time and believe me if I can do it anybody can!

Just start moving, don’t worry how long you can go, even if it’s 10 minutes, just do it and you will notice that it gets easier and you will be able to go longer and the pounds will start to melt off week after week, even if you are not following a structured diet plan.

Workout to Your Favorite Music

I use Rhapsody music service, which for $12.99 a month gives me unlimited access to millions of songs, that I can create playlists with and play the music directly on my computer, without having to mess with CD’s.

And I can customize my playlist on a daily or hourly basis with any song I feel like adding to my collection at the moment, it’s really very cool and perfect for working out at home.

Nothing makes you move and have a great workout better than your favorite songs playing right in your own living room.
