If a Vegan lifestyle is to your liking and you either want to lose weight with one or you just want to avoid eating meats and poultry then vegan is the diet for you! Veganism is a diet and lifestyle that seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose. It is much more strict than a vegetarian diet, as it completely eliminates any use of animal products.
